Airtravel Enterprises is a well-established travel agency Kerala founded in 1976. With decades of experience, they focus on making travel simple, reliable, and hassle-free for customers worldwide.

When I started working with them in April 2025, their goal was to improve their online visibility and attract more customers through search engines.

The Challenge
1. Starting SEO from Scratch

The website had no strong SEO foundation. There was no structured keyword strategy, optimized content, or technical SEO setup.

2. Highly Competitive Industry

Travel services in Kerala is a very competitive niche, especially for keywords like airline tickets, visa services, and travel packages.

3. Website Security Issue (Major Challenge)

In March 2026, the website faced a serious spam hacking issue.

  • Japanese spam pages got indexed
  • Fake URLs like /products/detail/xxxxx appeared
  • Indexed pages suddenly increased (1000+ pages)

This caused:

Recovery Phase

During the recovery phase, all spam URLs caused by the hacking issue were completely removed from the website and Google index.

We focused on restoring the site’s health by:
